Under the terms and conditions of CCS RM6174 Lot 1 your service contract will have the below agreement levels.
Response time as for an average response of less than 4 working hours with a single instance maximum of 6 hours.
Re-sites within the same building are free, with any between buildings/postcodes being re-charged at cost.
