Q - Where can I see the terms and conditions of all types of contracts Ricoh offer for RM6174 Lot1?

Q - What is covered in my Service Contract?

A - Based on your usage volumes this will cover your toner requirements and any needed service. The service Level agreements for RM6174 Lot1 are Response time as for an average response of less than 4 working hours with a single instance maximum of 6 hours. Re-sites within the same building are free, with any between buildings/postcodes being re-charged at cost.

Q - Where can I see the products and prices on offer under RM6174 Lot1?

A - Once you log into your CCS Online Store to see products and prices you need to start a quote, pick the relevant contract type and duration. Once these have been selected you will see all products available and the quarterly/purchase price you will pay for the goods. There is no restriction to how may quotes you create to see the different pricing options, and quotes can be edited or deleted if not needed.

Q - How do I order consumables/place service calls for my Ricoh copiers?

A - Ricoh eService makes it simple for you to submit orders and information for your Ricoh equipment. Any device covered by your service contract can be registered Log into the eService website to order toner click on the 'Submit a Consumable Order' hyperlink on the home page. From here, choose the product you would like to place the order for from the list of registered products and follow the on screen prompts. The order confirmation number will be displayed. Q - Do Ricoh offer a Toner Collection Service?

A - We are pleased to be able to offer our customer a simple way to return their used original Ricoh materials with our Resource Smart Return program.

Q – How do I add new addresses to my Portal for Delivery?

A – If the delivery address you want is not available in your portal, please email CCSOnlinestore@ricoh.co.uk with the address you require, and we will get this added for you. You cannot add new addresses into the portal yourself.

Q – How will I know when my machine is being delivered?

A - You will be contacted by our courier Service CEVA to arrange a suitable delivery date once your machine is ready for delivery. When delivered they will install your device. Our Networking Team will also arrange for one of our engineers to come and install the device onto your network if needed (this is usually next day).

Q – If I am ordering more than one machine can I have them delivered to different addresses?

A – If you are ordering multiple machines and want them to go to different addresses, when you get to the stage where you are confirming the delivery details and adding the installation information, you will see an option to SPLIT delivery. This allows you to pick the quantity and delivery address for each device.

Q – I have limited space, how do I know how much space my Ricoh device needs?

A - The dimensions for all devices are found within the specifications list (per device) please be aware some models do come as a bundle with extra paper trays, internal finishers and/or booklet makers. This will add additional height and width to your device. If you are unsure of the final measurements please contact CCSOnlinestore@ricoh.co.uk and we will be happy to assist.

Q - I have an existing Ricoh copier can this be collected when my new device is delivered?

A - We can collect existing Ricoh copiers as long as the original contract has expired. For this we will need you to complete a WEE form. Please contact CCSOnlinestore@ricoh.co.uk before you place the order and we can arrange to send this form to you. If a machine is still within its contract please let us know and we can get your sales representative to contact you to arrange this.

Q - When does my Ricoh contract Start?
