CCS Online Store On Ricoh Portal

The Home Page

Once you have logged into the CCS Online Store you will be presented with the Home Page. From the Home Screen you can create, view and edit your Quotes (Orders) and view existing orders to track their status.

You have the ability to start the journey off by creating a Quote and once you are happy with your product and contract type selection you will then take your Quote and submit it to becoming an order to Ricoh.

Create A New Quote

To place an order for a new device from the home screen click into the Create a Quote button and you will then be taken to a new screen where you can select the contract type that suits your needs.

A Purchase is where the Customer acquires the property of the machine and therefore the customer becomes the legal owner. In this type of sale you are invoiced for the total purchase price and then quarterly for the Service contract by Ricoh.

A Rental is when the product is not bought outright but quarterly payments are made to cover the machine configuration and any additional options selected for a specific duration.
