Adding Print Management Software to an Order

Within the CCS RM6174 Lot1 Framework product mix we also offer a Print Management Software Solution over a fixed term either as a rental or purchase option. This option would be added as you are ordering your new equipment. This is not recommended to purchase as a stand-alone product against existing equipment. To add Print Management Software, you need to order 3 options per device, all are showing separately.

You MUST ensure if you have selected a Rental contract, you select the same duration term for the print management products. You will see all duration options (3yr, 4yr & 5yr) listed – to help you pick the correct term we have inflated the price of the durations that do not match your Rental term agreement. For Purchase Agreements you can choose the duration that suits your company/organisation best.

You do not have to choose the same duration as you have picked for the service contract.
