STEP 1

Log in to The Ricoh eShop

Visit The Ricoh eShop at shop.ricoh.co.uk and enter your login credentials.

If you cannot locate your login credentials, search your inbox for your welcome email delivered by webshop@ricoh-europe.com.

If you’ve forgotten your password use the help button to reset or contact our Customer Success Team for further assistance.

If you are not yet signed up to our eShop you can do so here, or to add, remove or adjust any user details you can do so here.

STEP 2

Navigate The Ricoh eShop

You can navigate the eShop in several ways, making it easy to locate the product your business requires. We recommend:

Search Bar – Search by product code, description or brand
Navigation Menu – Explore our product tree, split into business friendly categories
Spotlight tiles – For a quick and direct route to our most popular products

STEP 3

Choose the correct
product for your business

We know choosing the right product for your business is important, that’s why our in-built filter mechanism allows for dynamic and tailored search results, helping you locate relevant products fast.

What’s more, each of our product pages are packed full of useful information to help you make an informed decision. This includes quality imagery, detailed product descriptions, brochures and data sheets, specifications, key features and additional accessories.

Live stock availability, along with current and competitive pricing will help finalise your buying decision.

Remember if you can’t find exactly what you need, reach out and we will endeavour to help.

STEP 4

Make your purchase

Once you’re happy with your product selection, add to your basket and proceed to our simple 4 step checkout process.

Confirm Delivery Address – For simplicity, we’ve loaded your business sites as selectable delivery locations. If you’d prefer deliveries outside of your typical business sites then our OTDA (one time delivery address) feature is available for ad-hoc orders.

Confirm Invoice Address – Your business HQ address will be available for selection. A mandatory PO reference number should be entered to ensure accurate invoice alignment.

Order Summary – For complete peace of mind check all your order details and confirm your order.

Order Acknowledgement – Thank you for ordering! Your unique eShop order number will be referenced here, and you will receive an instant order confirmation straight into your inbox.
